The Design Process...
STAGE 1 - INITIAL CONSULTATION
£100 + VAT
Whether you are starting from scratch, want a complete overhaul or just need a bit of advice, the initial consultation is your first point of call.
This meeting can be undertaken remotely via video call or in person. It is a chance for us to discuss your aspirations for your project, your likes and dislikes, and decide whether we are a good match for working together. During the meeting, which usually lasts between 60 - 90 minutes, we will assess the level of service you require and offer any preliminary advice on your design direction. The fee includes a post-meeting advisory review, rough project budget estimation (if applicable) and initial style recommendations.
If your project will benefit from a Design Package, we will include a tailored quote for further suitable services, or alternatively, if you are just looking to dip in and out for advice and support, we can move forward on a flexible hourly Consultancy basis.
STAGE 2 - DESIGN CONCEPT
Tailored quote per room... Open Plan areas, Kitchens & Bathrooms

This stage narrows down your design choices to create a cohesive design concept for each space. This allows you to visualise all elements of the design and how they will work together. This will be in the form of an electronic concept board comprising:
- Proposed Colour Pallete
- Fabric and wall-covering examples
- Materials and textural representations
- Furnishing, lighting and accessories style recommendations
We may also include rough sketches of rooms or layouts at this stage, to help you to visualise the spaces.
STAGE 3 - REFINE THE DESIGN
Fees calculated on an individual project basis
Once concepts are approved, the elements of the design can be refined to reach the final choices.
This includes:
- Full physical moodboard with paint samples, fabric and material swatches and/or wall and floor covering samples
- Material or textural physical representations
- Hand rendered concept drawing or computer generated Mock-up/3D Graphic Render
- a scale furniture layout
STAGE 4 - SOURCE & SUPPLY
We will deal with every aspect of bringing the designs to life for you. Utilising our years of experience and plethora of regular approved quality suppliers and partners, we will handpick the perfect items and coordinate all orders and deliveries, including tailormade soft-furnishings and other bespoke furniture.

This stage includes:
- Itemised Furnishings/Accessories list including all details, photographs and dimensions
- Handpicked lighting solutions
- Bespoke Soft-Furnishings/upholstery/carpentry quotes and trade liaison
STAGE 5 - INSTALLATION
Price quoted separately
We offer a complete delivery and staging service to ensure your finished result is of the highest quality.
This includes:
- Delivery of all items, unloading, unpackaging and disposal of packaging
- Erecting and positioning furniture
- Hanging mirrors and artwork
- Installing soft-furnishings and window coverings
- Final dressing and staging of accesories
- Photoshoot
